Designed for the serious long range hunter that needs to shave weight but not accuracy. By utilizing our Summit Ti action, carbon fiber composite stock and carbon fiber wrapped barrel the weight of the rifle is kept to between 6.1 to 6.7 lbs while still maintaining sub-minute of angle accuracy.
SUMMIT ACTION
The Summit series action, utilizes the Remington 700 footprint and features a spiral fluted 2 lug bolt with a 75 degree bolt throw, M16 style extractor, and toolless disassembly. The action body is cut out to fit Wyatt’s extended mag box for max cartridge length and can be fitted with a detachable magazine system if desired.
CARBON FIBER BARRELS
The Carbon Ascent rifle comes with the option of several premium Carbon Fiber options ensuring light weight performance you can count on. Not all carbon fiber barrels are created equal and this is why we offer premium options from Proof Research, Helix 6 Precision, and Bartlein Carbon fiber barrels. CARBON FIBER STOCKS
The Altitude series stock is designed for the hunter or shooter that wants to save weight on their rifle without sacrificing strength, durability and still have a full figured stock. Utilizing layers of carbon fiber and a lightweight super strong fill and weighing approximately 25 ounces is what sets the Altitude series above its fiberglass injection molded counterparts.
TRIGGER TECH TRIGGER
The Trigger Tech Primary Features their Frictionless Release Technology™ and provides a true zero-creep break, extremely short over-travel and offers outstanding reliability, even in the harshest environments. Utilizing CLKR Technology™, the pull weight is quickly and confidently adjusted from 1.5 – 4.0 lbs from an externally accessible set screw.
CUSTOM OPTIONS
MUZZLE DEVICE
Choose from the option of a simple thread protector or a premium self timing muzzle brake to reduce felt recoil.
COLORS
Each stock is hand painted in your choice of seven different camo patterns. Match your surroundings and look damn good.
BOTTOM METAL
Select from the low profile BDL style hinged floorplate bottom metal or brake tradition and opt for a detachable box magazine.
CHEEK-PIECE
The standard cheek comb will save you weight but you can select an adjustable cheek piece to optimize your rifles fit.
FLUSH-CUP COMPOSITE
Adding flush cups to the stock, allows you to quickly reconfigure your sling or other attachments for added adaptability.
