Refund and Returns Policy

Any item(s) returned within 15 days, in original packaging and condition, will be issued a refund less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. Buyer assumes responsibility for any return shipping expenses. Buyer must contact Pure Precision to pre-authorize any return. ***Some restrictions apply.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.

***Restrictions: The following items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges: custom orders, any product that has been mounted, modified, or used in any way.

• Copy of original receipt, as well as the reason for the return written on the receipt.
• If exchanging the item(s) please specify what new items you would like to exchange the returned items for. Be specific about different options, colors, sizes, etc.
